Processed foods, stress, sedentary lifestyles, medical misinformation, refined carbohydrates, chemical additives, ill-guided big business advertising and a food industry that manufactures an ever increasing overabundance of calories and less and less viable nutrition are just a few of the many enemies of good health in our world today. Our future health and survival is reliant on readopting a dietary approach and activity level that is consistent with the foundations of our primitive physiological requirements that our ancestors thrived on for over the last few million years. If they had eaten the way we do, we wouldn't be here today.

Here at Primal we are dedicated to helping you help yourself out of an unhealthy lifestyle. All of the reasons listed above, not to mention parents, teachers, friends and family have brought you to a place of bad health and it is time for a change.
